After the tragedy of violence in Georgia I felt compelled to dive into my thoughts on preparation for active violence.  I spent 15 years as a full time police officer, 6 of those years serving as a School Resource Officer and conducted numerous investigations into threats of active violence as well as trained over 10,000 teachers and students in response.  This episode has adult subjects and will discuss best practices in your facilities.
