O Dia Internacional da Proteção de Dados é comemorado em 28 de janeiro. No Brasil, o tema ganhou contornos significativos com a promulgação da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) e o início das atividades da Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) em 2020.

 

Para celebrar a data, os sócios Paulo Brancher e Thiago Sombra e a associada Jaqueline Simas conversaram, no Único Podcast, sobre os principais aspectos da intersecção entre proteção de dados e inteligência artificial (IA), que foi um assunto profundamente abordado em diversas iniciativas da ANPD em 2024.
