Frank Barat is a member of the UK-based Palestine Solidarity Campaign, formed to work for peace and justice for Palestinians. He's also a member of the Russell Tribunal on Palestine's (RTP) Organizing Committee that "seeks to reaffirm the primacy of international law as the (way to settle) the Israeli-Palestinian conflict."

In March, RTP held its first Tribunal Session in Barcelona. On November 21-22, its second was held in London.

Discussion will focus on its findings.
