Anthony Vincent Bova is a prominent communications coach based in Times Square, New York. He has over three decades of experience as a teacher of communication skills and the performing arts. A Message from Anthony The conventional antidote to experiencing "negative" states such as feelings of mediocrity, nervousness, tension and self-consciousness, is to impose "positive" behavior so the executive "acts" confident, relaxed, dynamic and self-assured while experiencing  just the opposite.
