We know we shouldn’t.
But we all do it anyway.
We can’t help ourselves.----more----
When we have a problem we are trying to solve, our brain tends to think about all the different reasons why the problem is occurring.
That is a good thing.
It’s called brainstorming.
What you don’t want to do is assume that any particular reason you have imagined might be causing your problem is actually true until or unless you have evidence to back it up.
Why?
Because if you assume too soon you will probably end up putting all your energy into solving a problem you don’t actually have instead of solving the real problem you do.
If you want to actually solve your problem, don’t jump to conclusions.
