In the news, Adobe has announced a new lossy version of DNG, Lytro has an update that allows greater exposure control, GoPro has released the new Hero 3 sports camera that boats 4K HD video and built-in Wifi, and they have released an IOS app for their Wifi module.  Magic Lantern has a new video firmware update for the Canon 5d and 7d, and Haje Jan Kamps has just published a new book on Travel Photography.
