State Senator Bob Hedlund has a regular segment on Monday Night Talk called "The State House Report."  This week, the show's segment deals with the tragic explosions at the Boston Marathon finish line. Senator Hedlund was leaving a Boston Red Sox game, when the incident occurred. He also takes a moment to talk about the new $500 million transportation bill that the Senate debated and eventually voted on.
