Mel Gibson. Is it possible to even say his name without it eliciting the same cliche nonsense from people? I mean, yeah the guy screwed up, but entertainers have been forgiven for doing FAR worse things than Mel (We can think of a certain convicted child raping Polish filmmakers that has been given a much wider swath of latitude than Mr. Gibson's drunken rants).
