Local business owner Ed Byers and Justin Kane join Monday Night Talk host Kevin Tocci and Joe Rossi to discuss recent developments with a number of issues in the city of Brockton. Byers has led the fight against a proposed gas-fired power plant and a desalination water plant that has cost Brockton taxpayers nearly $6 million a year for a product it doesn't use.  The troubled desalination plant has drawn media interest outside of the city, as Boston Magazine is due to publish a story this week on the issue.
