Yes.
First, we humanists have no dogma. There is no right or wrong way to do Humanism.
If something works for you, do it.

Second, no one is going to excommunicate you from the Humanists for not being a perfect Humanist.
There is no such thing.
3rd, I happen to practice Yoga, Tai Chi and meditation.
I also swim and go for hikes.
It’s an activity that I find beneficial for me.
I think the important thing is to find physical activity you like doing and that helps you strengthen and use your body.
Humanism is about being fully human.
Don’t neglect your body or your brain.
And whatever you do, find joy in it and stop worrying so much about what other people think.
