Scott Jaime set the FKT (Fastest Known Time) on the 486 mile Colorado Trail. Matt Trappe documented the amazing feat and the Ogden premier of Running the Edge: The Colorado Trail is Friday, March 27 at Peery's Egyptian Theater.
It was a privilege to have Scott sit down with us in the GEAR:30 lounge to chat about the FKT. Scott covered crew logistics, fueling, pushing past mental barriers, and the importance of balance. We also learned the man may be a better soccer player than trail runner.
