Barbara Loe Fisher is the president of the National Vaccine Information Center, an organization she co-founded in 1982 to provide public information and initiate consumer advocacy for vaccine safety and policy reforms and the freedom to choose to vaccinate or not.  She has written several important books on vaccines and vaccine policies, and was featured in the award winning documentary The Greater Good.  In 1986, she had worked with Congress to assure there were vaccine safety provisions in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and is a member of the Consumer’s United for Evidence-Based Healthcare and the Cochrane Collaboration.  Barbara has written for numerous publications and has a blog at VaccineAwakening.blogspot.com   Her organizations new guide for reforming Vaccinate policy and law is available as free download on their website -- NVIC.org
