Holly asks Brian about Martin Kaymer and the way he dissected Pine Hurst and the way he outthought and outplayed everyone in the field. It’s hard to say what Tiger Woods will do.
Rich B says that Angel Cabrera is his dark horse pick. He and Brian talk about his driving. When he gets it going, he can make it do anything he wants. Brian says that he is not a dark horse and he should be in your Top 5.
US Senior Open in Oklahoma. Lauren Roberts has a chance to make history. Bernhard Langer, Jeff Slumann. Brian mentions Joe Durant and Scott Verplank’s chances.
Brian wraps it up talking about how great the U.S. Women are playing on the LPGA Tour. Michelle Wie and Lexie Thompson can become a potential rivalry. Because of the resurgence of the Americans there is a strong rivalry against the Korean women players. Brian feels that it sparks interest in the Pacific Rim where there are a lot of sponsors as well as American title sponsors. It’s all good for the LPGA.

Todd Lewis from the Golf Channel calls in from to chat with Rich and Holly G. Todd is heading out to the Open Championship in Hoylake. Holly asks Todd about Jordan Spieth defending at the John Deere Classic and his thoughts on the British Open.
Favorites on the international side Rory McIlroy is the
betting favorite. High ball flight will be affected by the wind there. Put a
new 2 iron in his bag for the Scottish Open to give him some familiarity with
him. Henrik Stenson is Todd’s pick. Sergio Garcia is his second international
pick.
Jon Luna, SuperStroke Sales and Marketing, calls in to talk to Holly and Rich B about the success of Jordan Spieth and SuperStroke putter grips. Jon talks about the non tapered design and patented parallel technology are the key ingredients to SuperStroke's success. KJ was one of the main players to put SuperStroke on the map.
Holly asks Jon about how Jordan's relationship with SuperStroke came about. Arnie Chamberlain is SuperStroke's Tour rep and has good relationships with a lot of the players. Jordan was digging through Arnie's bag on Tour one day and found the prototype and begged to have it on his putter right away.
