Bob: The problem with a lot of founders is that it's really a sell or no sell situation. If they want liquidity, they have to sell all of their company. That often times is not what's best for them. So, you have situations like ESOP, I'm working on another transaction where a private equity firm is gonna come in and buy 60% of the company, and let the client ride on the 40%, because we think that the PE firm will invest significant capital and drive some value so there will be a second exit for them. And that's another option. So there's so many different ways to get liquidity, that you really need to ask the client, what is it that they want? And in this particular case, once I heard he wanted to be in the lab, he wanted his kids involved, he needed liquidity but he didn't need to sell his entire business. We were able to really think through that process and come up with a solution that he is very comfortable with.
