To all of our listeners, due to scheduling conflicts, this is a rebroadcast from last Thursday. We apologize for any problems. Thank you.
TGIAF everyone and today is a sign that Winter is definitely here, for
Chicago is going through the first snow, yes snow, flurries of the
season, fortunately it's not packing snow. Cold is definitely in the
air, with everyone talking about their Winter wear they have for
everyone to wear and prepare for the cold. Saint Francis of Xavier is
discussed today, today being his Feast Day and also everyone is getting
excited for the New Archbishop is coming to visit Chicago today, this
afternoon from Washington and taking up residence. Also since
Thanksgiving is coming up, several things are shared, including
Christmas as well. One thing that is discussed because it's a subject
that seems to not be either talked about or talked about enough (even
though one is a lot on the show) is talking about Heaven and Purgatory,
more on what everyone thinks about it. After the first break, the
question/statement talked about is the idea of our departure and being
with God, but not publicly and why is that? With everyone in studio
stating their opinions on why that is, as well as some interesting
results on this discussion too, some funny. This also brings up what
may be true to this, that being Heaven is being not only peace, but
communicating with our loved ones and everyone, as well as the idea of
Heaven too. Towards the end of the show, Sister Florine comes in to
talk about how busy it is and been in the soup kitchen, some news a bit
nervous involving the police, but she talks about St. Franicis a bit too
and also encourages people to donate meat for the soup kitchen too.
