We're in Memphis, Tennessee for the annual meeting of the National Tractor Parts Dealer Association and while here we've been getting a glimpse of the Memphis economy, the jobs issues and talking to some folks about what they do here.  Our guest for this segment is Andy Malmo the Director of International and Domestic Sales for Flint Hydraulics a company that does worldwide distribution of original and replacement hydraulic pumps, motors and hydraulic pump replacement parts for heavy mobile and industrial equipment.
