August 13, 2006 - part 1

This week marks the sad end of summer festival season. I’m off marking the occasion with one of the biggest and best of the season, The Edmonton Folk Music Festival. Big stars and big fun await. While I’m away, a pre-recorded show that should not disappoint. First up I’ll brag about some of the great acts I’m going to see in Edmonton, but then, a whole lot of great new music. Some from the mail bag, some brand new releases, and some that’s just new to me.
