When someone you haven't seen in a while asks you this questions, "How've you been?", what's your initial response? Busy? Tired? "Life's good but..." or "I'm doing great but...". Throughout life we assume the right and normal thing to do is to be busy. With a packed schedule we forget to leave space. To plan breathing room. To have space for a breath of fresh air. God designed us to need rest. Why do we sleep? Why do we eat? To replenish our energy and let our bodies recuperate. Our schedules need the same action.
