This week, Times Higher Education published the results of the 2015 Best University Workplace Survey. More than 4,100 UK university employees took part, offering thousands of comments about life in the higher education sector.

So what do they say? In this podcast special, reporter Chris Parr speaks to Rob Briner, professor of organisational psychology at the University of Bath School of Management, and THE editor John Gill about the results. We also hear form writer Matthew Reisz about his interview with Jane Dyson, now a research associate in the school of geography and the environment at the University of Oxford, who spent 15 months conducting research in a remote Himalayan village.
