If we are going to be a healthy, well rounded person we need to take care of
our soul.
The soul is necessary for our Christian life. In week two we
talk about how to answer the question: How is your soul?. We are reminded that our souls belong to God. According to the Psalmist, it was made for God. That's why we're so thirsty. Sin
makes us thirsty, but we can't solve that thirst. Where can it find satisfaction?
Dallas Willard says
"The soul is that aspect of (y)our whole being that correlates,
integrates, and enlivens everything going on in the various dimensions
of the self. The soul is the life center of human beings." Join us as
we unpack what this means in a world that seems so crazy.
