After spending time at open streets I could think of no better way to spend Sunday evening than with Nathan Brown and Tara Brown. These two, wow, just fantastic. She is a local stand up comic and Mom. He is a local musician who plays 80s info program music. They are both amazing at what they do. We talk 80s, kids, women's issues, an awesome super secret idea coming soon to fairmount, music and stand up comedy. The show opens with Nathan Brown and his tune Banana Seat Bike Chase. The halfway point we play some of Taras stand up. It's so great. She may be my new favorite female comic. Does it have to be female comic? Cant it just be comic? We discuss that too. Man we talk about a lot of stuff. I was super excited to meet them and they were cooler than I imagined. I hope you enjoy this. Check out her comedy and definitely keep an eye out for Nathan Brown. He will be having some new tunes out soon and we all wait in anticipation. The last track is called Snugglebug. A sweetly, maybe slightly inappropriate, song he wrote for Tara. Nathans music is very familiar but different than anything you will hear around town. Its pretty incredible what he is doing. There is plenty of music talk with Nathan too. Seriously folk these two are people you should know if you don't already. Check out their stuff. You can find some of Nathans tunes here
