As we come to the end of our SCAA short series, we're continuing the theme of Friday Declaimations with this incredible short from Jay Caragay. Jay is another one of our podcast heroes ("we're collecting them like pokemon!") and he regales Steve with with some fabulous stories about his start in coffee, falling into direct trade accidentally, and how he's gone about building a better company.
