Less than ideal weather offers all kinds of creative opportunities for shooting and post-production edits can help bring out some of the drama invisible to the naked eye, or the camera's LCD. You'll want to watch for the water drops on your lens and take a few other precautions to protect your gear (Ziplock® bags anyone?).
