Steve Cooper talks with actor Marilyn Ghigliotti. Marilyn is best known for her role as Veronica in the indy classic Clerks. She initially pursued a career in cosmetology after graduating high school. But in
1988, she began studying at The Actors Training Institute located in New Jersey
in the techniques of Stella Adler, Sanford Meisner and Lee Strasberg. She
followed her studies there with time in community theater where she performed in many
productions. It was in response to auditions for a student film that landed her her most
notable role in Clerks. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1998, she has continued to pursue her acting
career and has since appeared in several shorts and independent features. Aside
from acting, she has also added producing to her credits with a theater
production titled Bedroom Stories, a series of one act plays in which she also acted in with rave reviews.
