It's Halloween and we're defiantly celebrating here at The Grill Out!

REDNECK RECIPE OF THE WEEK
Spell Binder with Devil Eye Balls (21+)
Ingredients
1/4 cup blue curacao
3/4 cup galliano liqueur
1 1/2 cups coconut rum
2 quarts pineapple juice
2 quarts tsseltzer water
Spooky Ice Cubes:
Food coloring
Water
Special Equipment
Novelty ice-cube trays
Devil Eyeballs
20 maraschino cherries
20 chocolate chips (white or dark chocolate)
20 lychee nut fruits (canned and pitted)
Directions
For the Punch:
Combine all liquid ingredients in a large glass punch bowl and mix well.
For the Ice Cubes:
Color the water with desired food coloring and pour into ice-cube trays. Freeze until firm.
For the Devil Eyeballs:
Remove the stems from the cherries. Insert a chocolate chip, point side in, into each cherry to make the "pupil" of the eye. Stuff the cherry into pitted lychee nut fruit.
Ladle some of the punch into each glass. Garnish with ice cubes or devil eyeballs.
"Ghoulade" (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients
2 (6-ounce) cans limeade, frozen concentrate, thawed
3 cups lemon-lime soda
3 1/2 cups green sports drink
Green food coloring
Ice
Whipped cream, for topping
Candy sticks or sipping straw, optional
Directions
In a pitcher, combine limeade, soda, and sports drink. Add 5 drops of food coloring, or until desired color green, and stir. Add ice and pour "Ghoulade" to each glass. Place whipped cream in a piping bag and pipe it on top of each glass. Garnish with a fun straw or candy stick.
