Andy and his wife Gina are the Senior Pastors of Family Church based in Portsmouth, UK. Andy desires to see the local church be effective and relevant in this generation and is committed to seeing individuals and churches become all that God has called them to be.

Family Church now has well over 1000 people in attendance each week, in multiple congregations across the South of England and in the Philippines, and is a growing and vibrant church. As well as pastoring the local church, Andy is the founder of Synergy Network and Synergy Christian Churches and is a highly sought after speaker around the globe. Andy is passionate about inspiring church leaders to be influential in their world.
