1 Samuel 3:1-10

Samuel’s mother prayed for a son and promised that if she had one, she would give him back to the Lord.  God calls more than adults, even though Samuel did not know what it was the first few times, God kept calling until finally Samuel acknowledged who was calling and what he needed to do.
