Question for the show.

Why is it frowned upon and a big deal when a 3rd party company makes a product for an older line / movie as if they missed the train, BUT its not missing the mark when its 30 year old G1?
(e.g. Bayformers / War Within / FOC / Beast Wars)

ok, here's a question I have for you gentlemen, or other podcast folk that watch through the youtube and see this. have you ever been judged for the collection you have and how did you react? I was judged for what I have, which is a small, small collection, on Christmas day by an "in-law" family member. I was polite in my response, but not to thrilled by who asked it. did you handle it in a "smart" way by being polite or did you go to the dark side by being "right" and telling then to basically fuck off my bills are paid and my kids are taken care of so shut your mouth. another great episode i'll be looping all day Friday.
