"Loyalty Days" Philippians 3:20

This weekend of Loyalty Days is traditionally celebrated here, on the Long Beach Peninsula, the first weekend in May. After a lively congregational discussion about what makes America great, and what makes being an American challenging, Pastor Chris Garrison preaches from Philippians 3:20. We are challenged to ask, What am I being loyal to as a citizen? How can I actively be loyal to a nation that is divided among itself and does not fully represent the Kingdom values that come from God? For those who believe in Jesus, we are not only citizens of a nation, we are also citizens of Heaven.
