At times life can feel like a speeding car with the brakes out and accelerator stuck to the floor. You might be holding the steering wheel, but it only offers the illusion of control.
Our best efforts to schedule and plan can be completely thrown out the window at a moment's notice. Loved ones get sick or injured. New job opportunities come along and current job opportunities end. People are born and loved ones pass away.
While we can't control the fluctuations of life, we can seek to move with them by introducing healthy rhythms into our lives. This summer message series is all about finding rhythms in life that bring health and greater thriving. We'll be looking at 4 areas where things can get out of rhythm and we can lean too far one way or the other.
Learning//Acting
Work//Play
Giving//Receiving
Community//Solitude
Here's our first message in that series.
