#126 Linda Howard – Massage Therapy… it’s more than a luxury, it is a NECESSITY! #hlwes

We have a fun and outgoing massage therapist with us today. Her name is Linda Howard.  We will be talking about why massage therapy is more than a luxury, it is a necessity.

Linda Howard is the owner and manager of Total Restoration Massage Therapy LLC – She received her Clinical Massage Therapy certification in 2006 from Soma Institute – The National School of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, Illinois. Linda is also certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and licensed by the state of Illinois. She is also an insured member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

Linda’s clinical massage therapy training has prepared her to administer a wide range of massage therapy techniques such as: Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myo-Fascial Release and Sports massage.
Linda believes that part of her purpose in this earth is to utilize the gift of healing touch to liberate others from distractions in their lives that come to rob them of fully manifesting optimal health and wellness and prevents them from living out their God-given destiny – spirit, soul and body.
