What does an Ironman have to do with plant based nutrition? Well the quick answer is it is what I do for a hobby and what I eat to be healthy. But it can also be a similar long journey of training to move and to eat more healthfully. There will be setbacks and successes. There will be challenges to get the training in and the plants on the table. People will call you crazy or a "nut" for your choices. I believe both gets you closer to the positive aspects of humanity. Our desire to help others and make lives better. Human and non human lives. Daniel Kisch says "ignorance and fear are matters of the mind" Don't let fear block you from being active and healthy. You are capable of many more things than you can imagine.
