“Wait means never…”

We, in America, rightly decry judicial activism. But what we have with the Heartbeat Bill has not been judicial activism but rather legislative judicialism. Our judges have now become legislators, and our legislators have become judges! What Gov. Kasich seems to have lost sight of is the fact that it's Roe vs. Wade itself that is unconstitutional! Those who bow to the worst ruling in our history are no better than those who wrote it. 

In May of 2011, the Heartbeat Bill was introduced. Persistence has brought this bill one step away from being signed into law. It’s time for governor Kasich to stop interpreting law, do the right thing, and pass the protective HB Bill!
