50 | Sanity management with stoicism

In this episode I'm talking about a few of the powerful life-changing ideas of the Stoics—philosophers like Epictetus, Seneca and Marcus Aurelius. I also (too) briefly touch on some of the overlaps between Stoicism and Christian theology.
