How to Diversify your Crypto Portfolio - Balancing Bitcoin, Ethereum and Altcoins

How do you strike the perfect balance within your cryptocurrency portfolio to maximize gains but minimize potential loses? It's tough to conceptualize, but I share my own personal thoughts and strategies now for how I'm diversifying my crypto portfolio.
Essentially, I'm looking to capture consistent and long-term gains from Bitcoin and Ethereum, while looking to altcoins for outsized gains (3x - 10x type returns) in the near term.
It's certainly not a bulletproof strategy, but this is the how I'm looking to craft a solid crypto strategy in the future.
