What could be more interesting than a decorated combat veteran who turns failing businesses into success across Europe and the USA, has been Hand-picked to consult some of the most influential people in the world, and who has been a bodyguard for rockstars? Hard to beat huh? Well, meet Steven Eugene Kuhn.
Steven Kuhn started out in the U.S. Army, and as a decorated combat veteran he learned a great deal about leadership both on and off the battlefield. Leadership lessons he still uses today. In fact, staff and colleagues affectionately call him Captain or General, referring to his leadership style. It is one of direct, honest, and transparent communication combined with care, perfectionism and a will to achieve success as a team, always focusing on the key components of success.
But, a leader is nothing without a good team and Steven believes that building a team of people is key to sustained success and progress. Something that is only gained through the nurturing of the individual. If you foster growth in individuals, you develop better team members, leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Everyone wins. By cultivating personal growth, wisdom and embracing ones experiences, Steven believes, you improve not only the person, but the team, too.
And, despite the “rock star credentials” and impressive accomplishments, Steven is still a grounded guy who enjoys sharing his experiences, knowledge, and wisdom. Steven’s varied experiences are at the core of his belief in the power of intuition and conscious leadership.
