Congressman Tim Walberg: PURPA Modernization Act of 2017

Congressman Tim Walberg Michigan's 7th congressional district. He introduced the PURPA Modernization Act of 2017 to reform the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA) and help lower utility bills for American families.
