Brittany DeVries - Panama City, Panama orphan advocate, film producer and foster mom. In 2012, Brittany produced short documentary Dear Panama, with Voice for the Voiceless and Grassroots News. Dear Panama, was instrumental in lobbying for and passing new legislation (Law 46) related to foster care and adoption in Panama. Residents of Panama since 2008, Brittany and her husband became the first foster family in the nationwide pilot program. In addition to their two foster children, they have two biological children.
