Brexit sucking up time, energy and goodwill – Harkin

The EU’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier told the European Parliament this morning that last week's EU-UK interim Brexit deal marks a "very important phase" in the negotiations. And he said there can be no going back from the deal which he told MEPs would be translated into a legally binding agreement. The Independent MEP Marian Harkin says the Brexit negotiations are taking up a huge amount of Ireland’s time and energy.
