The Iowa CARE Act with Kent Sovern

There are over 317,000 Iowans who are currently caring for an aging parent or loved one; assisting them to live independently in their own homes. Here Kent Sovern from AARP-Iowa says Iowa should take some common sense steps that help them better prepare to care.  Here we talk about Iowa's Caregiver Advise, Record, Enable (CARE) Act which will better support family caregivers.  Listen is as we talk about what the Iowa CARE Act will do and why such a program needs to be passed by the Iowa Legislature.
