Control! Many people have stood in direct rebellion to God because of this little word. Satan fell because of it, the Pharisees rejected Jesus for it, and many throughout the ages have stood against the concept of the cross as a result of its lure! The very idea of not being in control scares many people!! And yet it is precisely this concept that God says one must relinquish if they are to be called His Child!
