We've got Mike Karkut in the building! Mike is the owner and head chef of Graze and gives us some insight to burning down of their Summerville location. We get to hear a little of the future plans while being able to discuss their fndraising event on April 15, 2018 at the First Citizens Bank in Summerville, next to the court house. He also was so generous to bring two new can releases from Charlestowne Fermentory: Double Dry Hopped Sungazer and the Double Dry Hopped Covercraft! We jump right into conversations from Graze to sous vide cold brew to hearing about his kids. We even get to enjoy one of Brian's own brewed imperial stout: Zenconut Stout!
