One of the things that inevitably happens during this time of the season is strong debates about player personnel decisions. This week's Bears On Tap saw just that with scouts Danny Shimon and Phil Rainey debating a number of topics. The premise for the show was for Danny to identify four position areas the Bears need to address in the draft and players that could fill those voids.
