The playoffs have begun, and there have been a few surprises. Ken Hitchcock has retired from the NHL. We here at the Two Man Forecheck wish him the best in his future endeavors, as he will be staying on wth the Stars in a front office capacity. The Stars have much work to do depth-wise and Ken will be able to help in that area. There have been suspensions in the playoffs. Kadri’s was deserved, Doughty’s could have gone either way. The physical level has stepped up this season and the hitting has been intense. We delve into each series and talk about the teams’ surprises.
