I then go into the reasons that specific days and times of the pregnant are important in terms of what Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga taught. Yogi Bhajan taught that the soul enters the body on the one hundred and twentieth day in the womb and that between this day and the seveneth month the fundamental personality of the child is built. I teach you what you can do to optimize this period of pregnancy and specific ways to connect to your baby to create a strong bond.
