Maple League Predictions & MVP Candidates - AFF Season 3, Ep. 1B

American Football in Finland Season 3! After a second season of international football topics and guests from all over the world, Perfect Pervis is back to focusing on the Maple League. In this season’s first episode, AFF discusses the Hämeenlinna Huskies folding, season predictions, and a few MVP candidates. Guest hosts Marianne Konster, Jabari Harris, and Que Floyd, join Perfect Pervis for the first episode of the season.

 

4:00 - Hämenlinna Huskies Fold

Everyone knows the Huskes folded a month before the Maple League season. Perfect Pervis and company give some much needed details and insight about the consequences the situation will have this season and in the future.

 

11:05 – Helsinki Roosters/Porvoo Butchers

The group agree unanimously that the Roosters are predicted to be the champion this season, and immediately move on to the Porvoo Butchers as an agreed playoff team.

  

13:11 – Wasa Royals

Again the collective agreed on one thing, the Wasa Royals are not on their playoff list. 

 

17:56 – Seinäjoki Crocodiles

The other team picked to miss the playoffs, and actually to come in last place by the AFF group. 

 

23:44– Tampere Saints

The group moves on to the Tampere Saints. This show was recorded before the recent signing by the Saints, but Perfect Pervis and his counterparts expected such signings anyways. 

 

26:10 – Kuopio Steelers

The last playoff team the group discusses is the new kids on the block, Kuopio Steelers.

 

29:25 – MVP Candidates

Each of the guests join Perfect Pervis in discussing the most likely MVP candidates before the season.
