Adelaide Marathon had high prize money on offer, which creates a discussion that goes back to the tough course and tougher local councils.
John Csongei won the marathon in 2:33 while Dion Finocchiaro backed up from Great Ocean Road placing 2nd. Victorian Bec Rosel was the winner of the Women’s Marathon.

Ben describes the different challenges in coaching online and in person, tracking progress and feedback, the mistakes that runners make in their training and what annoys him, and goes on to explain some of the nuances he sets in Brad’s week to week training program for big races.
