Becoming a child care provider right after High School, Randy has been on a conquest to further development ever since. After Graduating his path returning to school was one to rediscover the spirit of childhood at Arroyo Mocho Elementar where he ran an after school program called ESS/Kids Zone. Serving over 80 K-5 students on average Randy quickly became the known as the leader of group games, and never ending energetic fun. Eventually taking over all 1st through 3rd grades with classes equaling 300 students per week. Eventually to start pursuing a music career with some friends who formed a group known as "Sol Rebelz." Raw Hip Hop, Reggae, Soul eventually releasing their debut album " The Foundation" in 2005. Then in 2006 Randy finds a new home in a non- profit organization called Challenge Day. For the past 8 years he has been traveling the nation co-leading a life changing experiential workshop. With 100 teenagers a day and the support of several other adults from the community they empower the students to take a stand and use their voice in a positive way. Now speaking to students by the 1000's he has developed his own style of facilitation utilizing poetry, singing, conversational brainstorming, activities rooted in compassion and now counseling. In 2012 his first year of Interchange Counseling was a plunge further into his potential as a counselor and healer. Having so much experience with children at all levels has helped him to be with every part of himself and which he applies to all others.
