1 Corinthians 1:2 2 To the church of God that is in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints together with all those who in every place call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, both their Lord and ours:
The Church; where the bibles are red, the pews are blue and all the people mean “I love you”. A pristine group of perfect, undivisive, unerring and never do wrong people, who have remained unscathed by the world or their immediate community. If this description sounds very "fairytale-ish" and unfamiliar, it’s probably because it is. The Church in Corinth was messy, very much like many other places of worship then and today. Segregation, sexual immorality, pride, you name it, were prevalent amongst its members. Apostle Paul writes a love letter to them; a reminder and rebuke. We begin our study through the Book of 1st Corinthians. How do you solve a problem like the Corinths?
