Today is a special day because I had the pleasure of interviewing an awesome agent from our St. Rose Office in Las Vegas, Nevada...Mr. Tim Dunn! Tim is definitly a special guest for me on my podcast because of how long Tim has been in the industry and how successful he has become with the short time he has been immersed within it. Tim has been in the business for no more than one year and a half and is doing exceptionally well for someone with little years in the business! With 99% of his business coming from Open Houses, Tim has such a great way of making something hes passionate about a lot of fun and profitable! Tim is constantly engaging in a real estate mindset. This allows him to stay in that prospecting state whenever he is having conversation, which he has found to be the best for him not only when in conversation but in prospecting in general!
